I have tried 1S-LSD a couple of times and I have done 125 mcg previously alone but this was my most intense trip so far. Neither the set nor the setting was very optimal, and I could feel it at the beginning of the trip. Previous night I spent doing some ketamine and smoking weed at home with a friend.

Summary
1S-LSD (1-(3-trimethylsilyl-propionyl)-LSD) is a psychedelic lysergamide, a silicon-containing N1-acyl analogue of LSD designed to circumvent Germany's NpSG following the 1D-LSD ban in June 2024. It acts as a prodrug: analytical studies confirm it hydrolyzes in vitro and in vivo to LSD-25. User reports and reagent-testing services indicate the blotters do not trigger Ehrlich or DMAB reagents, necessitating laboratory confirmation.
Dose Information
Dose basis. Dose guidance primarily extrapolated from community reports and prior N1βacyl lysergamides. 1SβLSD is generally reported to have a slower onset than LSDβ25; allow at least 2β3 hours before considering any redose to avoid accidental overconsumption. Potency per microgram is expected to be lower than LSD due to added N1βsubstituent mass; user reports commonly assume ~70% potency by mass conversion, but batch variability exists. Evidence basis: Reddit community reports on delayed onset and approximate potency conversion; formal lab PK data for 1SβLSD are limited; LSD baselines from TripSit/Erowid. Some users keep blotters under the tongue for 15β30 minutes. For 1βacyl lysergamides, sublingual vs swallowed onset differences are inconsistent across reports; do not assume faster onset. Wait β₯2 hours before any redose. Same nominal ranges as oral, but expect variability. Evidence basis: community threads describing variable onset with 1SβLSD; LSD general durations from TripSit/Erowid. (Dose figures and this note are from Drugs.Wiki.)

The PsychonautWiki Journal logging app doesn't include every substance. To track 1S-LSD there, start adding an ingestion, search for the name, and choose to add it as a custom substance. Paste these values:
1S-LSD Source: SubstanceSearch (substancesearch.com) Oral dose (Β΅g): threshold 15 Β· light 15-50 Β· common 50-170 Β· strong 170-300 Β· heavy 300+ Sublingual dose (Β΅g): threshold 15 Β· light 15-50 Β· common 50-170 Β· strong 170-300 Β· heavy 300+ Oral duration: onset 0.75-3h Β· peak 3-5h Β· offset 2-4h Β· total 9-12h Β· after-effects 6-24h Sublingual duration: onset 0.75-3h Β· peak 3-5h Β· offset 2-4h Β· total 9-12h Β· after-effects 6-24h Note: ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription. Start low, go slow, and test your substances.
Tip: for quicker logging you can also add a Custom Unit in the app, e.g. common dose ~ 110 Β΅g (Oral).
The app keeps custom substances simple, so the full dose ranges live in the description text above. Ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription.

Tolerance Decay
Rapid tachyphylaxis after one strong session; most effects markedly reduced next day. Approximate return to baseline sensitivity after 7β14 days. Data quality mixed: clinical for LSD itself; inference for 1SβLSD.

Note: Two days before this trip, I stopped taking agomelatine, a medicine I had been using regularly for better sleep. I had been gradually increasing my LSD doses, with the effects intensifying as I went higher. However, I had been on agomelatine for most of these trips.
First Experience / Glowing Alive Having taken 1S-LSD 5 days prior in a 20mcg dose, I felt little to nothing. Maybe a little euphoria but barely noticable. 5 days after my first encounter I tried 80mcg and was ready for the effects.
