25B-NBOH is a potent synthetic psychedelic that is often misrepresented as LSD in powder or blotter form. Due to its extreme potency and unpredictable dose-response, it poses significant health risks including seizures, vasoconstriction, hyperthermia, and acute kidney injury. Insufflation (snorting) is especially dangerous and has been linked to rapid-onset status epilepticus.
