Summary
25CN-NBOH is one of the most 5-HT2A-selective agonists discovered; cyano substitution markedly reduces off-target 5-HT2B and 5-HT2C activity compared to other NBOMe/NBOH compounds. Buccal or sublingual absorption is strongly preferred over oral. Users consistently report pronounced vasoconstriction and mouth numbness.

Effect Profile
Scores (1–10) curated from multiple sources:
- Effect keyword matching from PsychonautWiki catalog
- Weighted by importance: core (×3), major (×2), minor (×1)
Strong body load with moderate visuals, mild headspace and auditory effects
Tolerance
Tolerance Decay
Practical guidance from community reports: tolerance is substantial after one session, halves over ~3โ5 days and returns near baseline by 7โ14 days; two weeks between strong experiences is a cautious rule of thumb. Crossโtolerance exists across classical psychedelics. Evidence quality is anecdotal.
