Extremely potent compound active in the low hundreds of micrograms range. Small measurement errors can create dangerous multi-fold overdoses. Reports of intense vasoconstriction, tachycardia, hypertension, agitation, and seizures at high doses, with multiple documented fatalities in the NBOMe series. Always conduct allergy tests with sub-threshold doses (under 50 ug) and use accurate 0.001 mg scales with volumetric dosing. Limited human pharmacological data exists; no controlled clinical trials have been published.
