Summary
4-AcO-DMT is a synthetic psychedelic that rapidly converts to psilocin in the body, producing effects nearly identical to psilocybin mushrooms but with reportedly less nausea and body load. Effects are highly dose-dependent and can range from gentle mushroom-like experiences at low-moderate doses to intense DMT-like states at higher doses. Not recommended for individuals with personal or family history of psychosis.

Had an amazing experience on 25 mg of 4 ACO DMT yesterday. Are about one handful of nuts and a few slices of cheddar cheese, two hours before hand. Took the psilacetin with a big glass of magnesium citrate, the natural calm brand.
This is beyond DMT, any ayahuascha, mescaline, 5-meo-DMT ANYTHING. Preface I took 22mg metocin about 2 hours ago. 1 hour in I added a Nn,DMT hoot which was fun for a half hour because the metocin wasnt doing much. Then I remembered I had 4-aco-DMT freebase.
I took 50-55mg of 4-aco-dmt yesterday. Previous trips have been 20mg (first time 13 months ago) and 30mg 8 months ago, so I really took a big step up, I wanted the full psychedelic experience which I feel has eluded me for the most part.
100mg (a little bit more actually, perhaps closer to 110mg) is too fucking much to take! I don't know what I was thinking. My previous highest dose was 50-55 mg, so why I doubled it up is beyond me. What a dope I am.
I haven't talked about this with many people and not found a community like this, so I'm sorry if this is common knowledge. On 4aco dmt, my trip started with me suddenly feeling that I was curled up on the top of some stairs.

This was my second experience with 4-AcO-MALT. My first experience was not too long before this, but it had only produced generally mild effects, so I decided to double the dose and try again.
