Acrylfentanyl
Aliases: Acryloylfentanyl, acryl-fentanyl
Summary
Potency approximately 3-5x morphine per microgram; microgram-scale errors are routinely fatal. Several case reports describe naloxone resistance; higher doses or continuous infusion may be required. The acrylamide moiety is electrophilic with theoretical mutagenic and carcinogenic risk.
