Aliases: Db-900274, Dipipanone sulfone analogue
Summary
DPP-26 is the sulfone analogue of dipipanone, structurally related to IC-26 (methiodone, the sulfone analogue of methadone). Early user reports describe it as having faster onset and shorter duration than methadone, with notable euphoria. Vendor specifications and limited reports suggest approximately 0.4x morphine potency (roughly 25 mg DPP-26 equivalent to 10 mg morphine).
Dose Information
Dose basis. The dose figures on this page are not clinical data. They are aggregated from community reports by a secondary source whose own notes state there is no human pharmacokinetic study behind them, and our internal audit flags this substance's dosing as unverifiable. Treat them as a rough orientation, not a safe range. Assume full respiratory depression, keep naloxone to hand, never dose alone, and never combine with benzodiazepines, alcohol or other depressants.

Add to PsychonautWiki Journal
The PsychonautWiki Journal logging app doesn't include every substance. To track DPP-26 there, start adding an ingestion, search for the name, and choose to add it as a custom substance. Paste these values:
DPP-26 Source: SubstanceSearch (substancesearch.com) Oral dose (mg): threshold 5 ยท light 5-15 ยท common 15-35 ยท strong 35-60 ยท heavy 60+ Insufflated dose (mg): threshold 3 ยท light 3-10 ยท common 10-25 ยท strong 25-45 ยท heavy 45+ Oral duration: onset 20-45m ยท come-up 0.5-1h ยท peak 1-3h ยท offset 4-6h ยท total 5.83-10.75h ยท after-effects 12h Insufflated duration: onset 5-15m ยท come-up 15-30m ยท peak 1-3h ยท offset 3-5h ยท total 4.33-8.75h ยท after-effects 8h Note: ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription. Start low, go slow, and test your substances.
Tip: for quicker logging you can also add a Custom Unit in the app, e.g. common dose ~ 25 mg (Oral).
The app keeps custom substances simple, so the full dose ranges live in the description text above. Ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription.
Tolerance
Tolerance Decay
Acute tolerance: develops within a single session โ the reset numbers above apply after sustained heavy use, not after one binge. Within-session tachyphylaxis usually resets largely overnight.
Patterns inferred from user accounts and general opioid pharmacology: daily use for a week commonly produces noticeable tolerance; partial decay occurs over 3โ5 days; nearโbaseline often requires 2โ4 weeks. Crossโtolerance with other opioids is expected.
