Took one bar which equals 0.5mg of Flubrotizolam. I was having lots of trouble sleeping lately and benzos are my sort of last resort to help me relax and fall asleep. Effects: Onset is about 30 minutes, been a while so not totally sure on exact timing.
I have recently tried multiple benzodiazapines looking for one that was a safe mild sleep aide for infrequent use. I have learned that the dose for these new benzodiazapines can be difficult to predict and to always start low. I had used Flubrotizolam once for an allergy test a week and a half earlier.
