    Summary dose.wiki

Flubrotizolam is an extremely potent thienotriazolodiazepine with active doses in the sub-milligram range. It is metabolized primarily by CYP3A4 enzymes. Volumetric dosing is strongly recommended due to potency.

Dose basis. Ranges below are compiled from user reports; potency is high and batch variability is common. Volumetric dosing is strongly advised for sub-milligram accuracy when using powders or high‑potency solutions. User reports suggest a slightly faster onset than oral with similar potency. Use volumetric dosing for accurate microgram‑level measurements. (Dose figures and this note are from Drugs.Wiki.)

Tip: for quicker logging you can also add a Custom Unit in the app, e.g. common dose ~ 0.5 mg (Oral).

    Tolerance

Build-up develops over 1–4 weeks of daily use; hypnotic tolerance faster than anxiolytic tolerance
Reset weeks to months depending on half-life and duration of use; taper recommended

    Tolerance Decay

Full tolerance 7d Half tolerance 14d Baseline ~60d

Tolerance builds quickly with repeated daily use; many users report marked loss of effect within 1–2 weeks and rapid escalation of dose. Conservative spacing (several days to weeks) between uses reduces accumulation and tolerance. Data are largely anecdotal.

Airport Escapism and Retrospective positive exp #117540

About a month ago, I tried flubrotizolam for the first time while waiting for a delayed flight at a busy airport. Over the course of the night, I consumed ~1.5 mgs of flubrotizolam from a dropper bottle.

    Fanax cautionary exp #116187

Took one bar which equals 0.5mg of Flubrotizolam. I was having lots of trouble sleeping lately and benzos are my sort of last resort to help me relax and fall asleep. Effects: Onset is about 30 minutes, been a while so not totally sure on exact timing.

Calming and Medium Duration neutral exp #117318

I have recently tried multiple benzodiazapines looking for one that was a safe mild sleep aide for infrequent use. I have learned that the dose for these new benzodiazapines can be difficult to predict and to always start low. I had used Flubrotizolam once for an allergy test a week and a half earlier.
