Summary
Fluetizolam (also called Fluetiz) is a thienotriazolodiazepine, a benzodiazepine-class depressant. It is metabolized into ฮฑ-hydroxyetizolam, an active metabolite with similar effects. It is reported to be exceptionally potent โ roughly 6โ10 times stronger than diazepam and 2โ3 times more potent than etizolam โ and this high potency increases the risks of overdose, dependency, and blackouts.

Effect Profile
Scores (1–10) curated from multiple sources:
- Effect keyword matching from PsychonautWiki catalog
- Weighted by importance: core (×3), major (×2), minor (×1)
Strong anxiolysis and euphoria with moderate cognitive impairment and sedation
Tolerance
Tolerance Decay
Acute tolerance: develops within a single session โ the reset numbers above apply after sustained heavy use, not after one binge. Within-session tachyphylaxis usually resets largely overnight.
Benzodiazepine tolerance tends to build rapidly to sedative/hypnotic effects, with slower and incomplete reversal after cessation. Figures are heuristic, based on clinical teaching and user reports; individual variability is high. Dependence can occur in weeks; taper medically if used regularly.
