Background: I acquired a gram of Glaucine HBr purely by chance. I purchased 2 packs of HBW seeds, and the seller threw in the gift of 1 gram of Glaucine (it was a mystery gift, I didn't know what I was getting until it arrived).

The PsychonautWiki Journal logging app doesn't include every substance. To track Glaucine there, start adding an ingestion, search for the name, and choose to add it as a custom substance. Paste these values:
Glaucine Source: SubstanceSearch (substancesearch.com) Oral dose (mg): light 50-100 · common 100-150 · strong 150-200 · heavy 200+ Oral duration: onset 0.75-1.5h · peak 6-8h · total 6-8h · after-effects 1-8h Note: ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription. Start low, go slow, and test your substances.
Tip: for quicker logging you can also add a Custom Unit in the app, e.g. common dose ~ 125 mg (Oral).
The app keeps custom substances simple, so the full dose ranges live in the description text above. Ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription.

In Ukraine where I live Glaucine is a legal, anti-tussive, over-the-counter (!) drug. It is available in a form of dragee containing 40 mg of Glaucine hydrobromide each and produced by Sopharma, Bulgary. Thanks to Hatter's report which helped with choosing the dosage.
The substance in question is an extract from Yellow Horned Poppy labeled Glaucine hbr. 99% isolate, Origin Denmark. I purchased this product from a reliable Canadian Entheogen supplier and I have had a variety of experiences with the drug, all of which have been positive.
I acquired 1 gram of Glaucine HBr from an online source. Doses were tried ranging from 100mg to 500mg, with the substance dissolved in a glass of water. It tastes disgustingly bitter. Effects come on extremely quickly, say 5 minutes and resemble a very weak opiate high with a stimulant edge.

Age: 21 Weight: 125 lbs Dosage: 200 mg oral in gel cap Setting: My apartment T0:00-Dosed. My roommate and one of my closest friends moved out today, I feel sad about his leaving because I am very bad at dealing with change. The decision to take this drug was rash and uncalculated.
I recently gave Glaucine, a dissociative derived from the yellow horned poppy a spin around the block-- quite a number of times, and it exceeded my expectations. As you would expect from a poppy based dissociative, the feeling is rather like DXM, but with fewer unpleasant side effects, although some people have experie...
