Summary
1B-LSD is an N1-acylated prodrug that is rapidly hydrolyzed in vitro and in vivo to LSD via CYP1A2 and CYP3A4 enzymes. Animal studies show approximately 14% the potency of LSD by weight; blotters marketed at 100 ug 1B-LSD produce subjective effects comparable to 75-100 ug LSD in many users. Because it is a prodrug, CYP1A2/3A4 inhibitors or inducers could alter intensity and onset.
Perspectives
“Light overall visuals mostly built of alterations, but with underlying cognitive intensity.”

Effect Profile

- Weighted by importance: core (×3), major (×2), minor (×1)
Strong visuals, headspace, and auditory effects with moderate body load
Tolerance
Tolerance Decay
Acute tolerance: develops within a single session β the reset numbers above apply after sustained heavy use, not after one binge. Within-session tachyphylaxis usually resets largely overnight.
Rapid tolerance after a single session; meaningful reduction after ~5β7 days; nearβbaseline by ~14 days is typical for LSDβlike psychedelics. Data are based on human experience and general psychedelic pharmacology rather than controlled trials.

Lysergamides The Small & Handy 1-Bu-LSD (1B-LSD) Thread
Apparently vendors are sending out samples for testing right now. Its supposed to be similar to ALD-52 and 1P-LSD. The exact chemical structure isnt out yet but it should be pretty easy to guess. Is it even active ? I have a feeling its not but Id love for someone with more knowledge to correct me
