I have recently bought 2-AI from an online vendor. After purchasing I read some fairly negative reports on it so felt a little disappointed in anticipation. Thankfully the reports appear to be unduly unappreciative. I have found it to be effective, enjoyable and economical.

So, I was relaxing at home, abut 2 AM. on an IM (instant messaging) service, I started talking to E. At the time, I was pretty awake. I knew I had an exam the next day, but falling to sleep at this time, would most certainly render me unable to attend the exam. I ask E if he has any ideas to keep me awake.
Since there is so little information on 2-Aminoindan I decided to take it for a test drive. I was able to obtain a sufficient quantity for experimentation from a source believed to be reliable.
A brief background of the subject (me); I am male, 21 and about 11 stone, prior experience with a wide range of psychoactives. 2-AI: This substance initially appealed to me due to its legality and ease of purchase (UK).
So after a several attempts with dosages up to 50mgs and relatively mild experiences I decided that not only was this substance seemingly lacking in the reportedly potentially 'dangerous' potency levels but that I wanted to really take it for a solid test drive. I measured out 100mgs into a veg-cap and down the hatch.
I recieved my order of 1 gram of 2-aminoindan, and decided to do a quick bioassay. Set: bedroom, with a few friends, music playing. Mindset: in considerable pain due to unknown arm injury, unable to move arm or type without severe pain.

10:32 am: ~5-10mg allergy test (sublingual) 10:52 am: No effects noticed besides perhaps slightly sharper/clearer and brighter vision, but I'm going to put that down to placebo. 11:02 am: 70mg mixed into 2ml of water and plugged. 11:12 am: Not feeling any different really.

This is my first trip report here so I hope I've written it okay. Not the most exciting or interesting chemical to read about, but there is very little information on it online so I thought I'd share my experience to contribute to what little research there is.
