Summary
25C-NBOH is a novel research chemical with extremely limited human use history and assumed similar toxicity to 25C-NBOMe, which has been linked to multiple deaths. This substance must NEVER be insufflated (snorted) due to high risk of fatal overdose. Compounds of the NBOH family are NOT orally active and must be administered sublingually, holding in the mouth for 15-25 minutes.

23:10 Administered half-tab (500ug) 25C-NBOH, sub-lingual. 23:30 (T+20mins) Not feeling any effects yet. Still have tab between top lip and gum. Playing some piano, just improvising some ideas. I think for this trip I will leave the record button on for the duration.
Background: 31 year old male, 190 lb/86 kg body weight. Past experience includes DXM, cannabis, psilocybin, LSD, salvia, and MDMA. What follows is my first research chemical experience. Both trials were at home, with no plans made. I take Wellbutrin 450 mg daily.
I have had a reasonable experience with psychedelics over the two years prior to dosing 25-c NBOH. These included: DMT, Psilocybin, Muscimol, LSD, 25-i NBOH and MDA. I consumed no drugs of any kind for 2 weeks prior to dosing. [0:00] - Dose of 1000ug administered sub-lingually via a blotter on an empty stomach.
