Summary
25E-NBOH first appeared on Brazilian blotters in 2018 and is now encountered worldwide in the microgram range. Laboratory seizure papers contain 290-820 ug per 6 mm blotter, often hot-spotted. The molecule is heat- and acid-labile; oral swallowing destroys most activity, so users hold tabs under the tongue for 15-30 minutes.

Unpleasant First Experience This was my first time with any phenethylamine, my previous hallucinogenic experiences have consisted of shrooms, lsd, salvia, dxm, dph, weed, and nutmeg. The only recent experience from the time of this trip was a few weeks prior with mushrooms.
Setting: Alone in my room just playing guitar and listening to music This is my first time taking 25E-NBOH and this is a fairly unknown substance so there is no real obvious onset, comeup, peak, comedown knowledge and there is also very little known about the dosages.
Trip starts at 3:30PM when I take a tab of 25E-NBOH on the bus to the Imperial War Museum. This was done without a tolerance (no psychs had been used for the prior month). 0:00: A 2mg tab was injected sublingually. 0:25: Only a slight nausea.
Vaping 25E-NBOH I read on the interwebs that you could vape this substance, so I ordered myself 500mg 25E-NBOH powder and dissolved it all in 10ml of pure PG, then diluted 1ml of the concentrate to 9ml of 50/50 VG/PG. The concentration of the complete product was about 4-5mg per ML.
I take 40mg d-amp split in 10mg 4x/day 500mg Phenibut 5x/day 2.0g kratom 4x/day Dependence on listed substances for 2 years (kratom and Phenibut) D-amp (8 years for ADHD) Presumably little impact on experience given the length of dependence on previous substances.
