Summary
25I-NBOH (Cimbi-27, also known as NBOH-2C-I) is a psychedelic phenethylamine and research chemical, belonging to the hallucinogen class. It is approximately 2-3 times less potent than 25I-NBOMe but significantly more potent than 2C-I. It is not orally active and must be administered sublingually or buccally. Extreme vasoconstriction and cardiovascular strain have been reported at higher doses.

T0:00- One tab in the mouth. Bitter taste, numbing flavor, pretty much like any NBOMe. T0:20- I can feel something building. ItΒs like there is buzzing through my body and energy is building throughout my veins.
In the summer of 2014, the guy I was dating at the time managed to acquire a (in my opinion) ridiculous amount of NBOH 25i. During this time, I bore witness to a whole range of different reactions from friends and anyone he would sell to, as well as experimenting heavily myself.
Background: I have little experience with psychedelics. Took shrooms/truffles 6 times since july 2015. And once LSD about 2 weeks ago. A few experiences with 2cb and one with 2cp sum this all up. So I know my deal with phens and tryptamines.
Dose: 250ug 25i-NBOH, sublingual Setting: Alone in my room, calm. Slow to come on, about 1 hour of anticipation. T+1 A certain dizziness/vertigo emerges. Vision is blurred. I feel sleepy. T+1:30 Altered edge perception and some colour enhancement. Definite shimmering. Potential visuals in the periphery.
Wonderful First Experience This is my first trip report, so I apologize for the possible lack of depth. I am 22 years old, I have a very large background in psychedelic drug usage among many other substances. I obtained the 25I-NBOH through a trusted vendor earlier in the week.
25I-NBOH Test Trial 1 The first entry is written verbatim as I experienced the drug. The second is a timeline describing the effects. 2 grams of B+ strain Psilocybin mushrooms were consumed 24 hrs before. This shouldn't affect the trip, because psilo is metabolized rather quickly from my understanding.
Essentially I made a 25I-NBOH solution which should have turned out to be 1mg per ml, 22ml in total. I attempted the method you just squirt the known amount in your mouth and for me this would have been 1mg then leave it there for awhile and be done with it.
