    Summary TheDrug.Wiki TripSit PsychonautWiki

3,4-Dichloromethylphenidate (3,4-CTMP) is a stimulant of the substituted phenidate class, used as a research chemical. It is approximately seven times more potent than methylphenidate and has a significantly longer duration of 6-18 hours. A critical safety concern is its agonist activity at 5-HT2B receptors, which can cause pulmonary hypertension and heart valve fibrosis with repeated use. Insufflation is strongly discouraged, as the substance has low water solubility, is extremely caustic to nasal tissues, and has poor absorption leading to delayed onset that increases overdose risk.

Set: Expected a relatively boring stimulant, as most are. Setting: Home, the store, parents', home again. Foreward: Quick rundown, I've tried Ethylphenidate, Isopropylphenidate, Methylphenidate, and HDMP-28 (out of this general family). Although ethylphenidate was fun, it did not help my attention span.

[There is, apparently, some concern that due to 5-HT2B receptor agonism, this drug can cause pulmonary hypertension, a very dangerous heart condition. That's certainly possible, and some 5-HT2B agonists (such as aminorex) have been linked to the condition, but many others (such as guanfacine, xylometazoline, and even L...
