Summary
Allylescaline is a research chemical with very little history of human usage and no formal toxicology studies. As a structural analog of mescaline with significantly increased potency (approximately 10 times more potent by weight), accurate weighing with a milligram scale is essential. The substance has a notably slow and variable onset ranging from 45 minutes to 4 hours, which may lead to accidental overdosing if users redose prematurely.

Previously tried compounds relevant to the experience: 2C-I, 2C-E, 2C-T-2, MDMA, LSD, 25(G,C,I,B)-NBOMe Dosage: 27mg - gelatin capsule with powdered substance inside. The allylescaline was estimated to be at 98% purity. Going into this, I knew next to nothing about it.
Allylescaline HCL: 10mg divided into 2 staggered doses Weighed on a calibrated .000 scale Previous experience with Alcohol, Cannabis, MDMA, 4-AcO-DMT, LSD, Mushrooms, 2C-B, 5-MeO-MiPT No tolerance is expected.
At the time of this writing there are only four other Allylescaline reports on Erowid, all of which were experiences where the author ingested other substances in addition to Allylescaline itself (amphetamine, cannabis, several beers, or 25I-NBOMe).
Allylescaline Second Trial Judging from how much it upset my stomach the first time, I decided to make a couple adjustments, which was make sure I had an empty stomach, and no alcohol or anything extra, except for weed, after ingesting the allylescaline, because it would help calm my stomach.

I brought this gel cap with me to work, and decided that right before I would leave work, I would consume it. I left my office at 4:02pm.
I took a rather large dose of this stuff because my two compadres told me there wouldn't be enough to split, so they suggested I take the whole lot. We looked online to make sure nobody has died from this amount and I saw on a few forums that 100mg was OK - someone had a sorta negative review, another was stoked about...

Not being able to find a place for my Allylescaline trip report, I'll post it here with the hope that some kind admin will point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance. The most Zen I've ever been I have recently received a samply of Allylescaline and my experience is as follows.
tl;dr It was nice, but stronger than expected. No major events. Nice enough to revisit at this or another dose. Background: No psychedelics in the previous month, but I'm familiar with several dozen. I've been taking a capsule of St. John's Wort roughly twice a day for the previous week or so; stopped two days prior.
2:35 AM - 50 mg, dissolved in water, taken orally. On an almost empty stomach - I had a bowl of ice cream five hours earlier. 3:00 AM - 25 mg, oral. 3:18 AM - My stomach seems to be unappreciative of the strange gifts I have given it. My vision is flickering, just ever so slightly.
