AM-2201 is an extremely potent full agonist at CB1/CB2 receptors (~4–10× potency of JWH-018). Milligram-accurate weighing (0.000 mg resolution) and volumetric dilution are strongly recommended; eyeballing plant material almost always leads to overdose. Acute toxicity can include severe anxiety, hypertension, tachyarrhythmia, hyperemesis, and generalized tonic–clonic seizures.

For my age, I am very experienced drug user. It should be said, I am prescribed 8mg Buprenorphine (Suboxone) per day and take the occasional benzodiazepine. Aside from these, my involvement with a local drug court dictates that I abstain from marijuana, so about a year ago, I turned to synthetic cannabinoids.
A little background: I've been quit smoking marijuana more than 3 years for ongoing health/asthma issues associated with long term heavy use. I really used it for lifelong sleeplessness and anxiety issues that most prescribed medications do not begin to address.

Not necessarily a report, but useful information nonetheless. First off I'd like to say I smoke weed to relax, enhance certain leisure activities and to help ease nausea while tripping. I've been smoking regularly off and on for about 5 years (mostly on) at varying degrees.
I recently ordered one gram of AM-2201, a synthetic cannabinoid, from a trusted online vendor. After hearing that this stuff was as potent as it was, I couldn't wait to try it. Now, I wasn't sure how to smoke the pure stuff. All I had heard was people putting it on Damiana or something else and making homemade spice.
I am an experienced user of JWH-018 and AM-2201. I used to smoke them daily. I did experience a mild JWH-018 overdose, and it was intense, but bearable. It did not cause a psychedelic experience like AM-2201 did.
My experience with cannabinoids, I have never taken AM-2201 or JWH-XXX and only tried incense products containing cannabinoids (Ultra Cloud 10, K2, Wicked XXX). The day started early at 6AM, I was getting ready for school and recently received 2 G's of AM-2201, I was going to be taking this orally.
AM-2201 - Synthetic weed - First time. Absolutely horrible. This is what I am told it was. A type of synthetic weed. My friend said come get high on some legal stuff he bought from a smoke shop. Having no experience in these type of substances, nor really weed, I said ok.
