Summary
Benzydamine (also known as Difflam or Tantum Verde) is a topical anaesthetic of the indazole chemical class. It is sometimes found in small doses in over-the-counter products used to treat sore throats. In Germany, Arabic Countries and Poland, it is sold as a vaginal douching agent under the brand name Tantum Rosa.

I have some decent experience in the realm of psychonautics having tried some 40 different psychoactive substances. Unlike other classes of drugs, there are very few entries when it comes to deliriants. After reading about it, Datura got almost immediately ruled out.
I tried Tantum Rosa once. I bought one pack of Tantum Rosa from the pharmacy which contains 10 envelopes with a white dust inside. I put the content of 1 envelope in a glass of water and mix it until almost all of the dust was dissolved. I drank a little and found that it is extremely salty, almost made me puke.
THE SUBSTANCE I dissolved it in water (25ml per pack) and filtered it in a paper towel in order to get rid of the dissolved salt. I swallowed the paper towel that contained that substance. I took 3 packs of tantum rosa (450 mg).
Benzydamine chydrochloride 1-benzylo-3-[3-(dimethylo-amino)-propoxy]-1H-indazole I have extracted this substance from Tantum Rosa, which also contains 9 grams of salt. It takes about 1,5 hour before first effects appear like stimulation, strong stimulation like on ephedrine or amphetamine but less pleasant.
It was a nice afternoon, I had no money and I had to something to get me high. I started searching in the pill jar but nothing special. So, I found a mouth washing solution than you can get in Pharmacies in my country without prescription and contains a high percentage of Benzydamine (1,5 mg per ml).

First, i want to start mention following: This is my own experience, i have no intentions to lie. Never posted but i visit this forum daily. I did try many drugs. This is my third experience with main substance.
I was really bored and couldn't sleep, so I found and decided to try 200mg of Benzydamine, a low dose of a supposed recreational drug: Wikipedia said: Benzydamine has been used recreationally.
