Summary
Bromo-DragonFLY is extremely potent with severe vasoconstriction risk that can lead to tissue necrosis, limb amputation, or death. Multiple fatalities occurred from mislabeling as 2C-B-FLY or 2C-E. The R-isomer is significantly more active than the S-isomer. Potent MAO-A inhibition prevents self-metabolism, causing abnormally long duration. Use volumetric dosing and never redose.
