Aliases: Clx, Asenlix, Finedal, Rexigen, Itravil
Summary
Each 30 mg Asenlix capsule yields approximately 1.8-4.6 mg d-amphetamine after first-pass metabolism (5.9-15.4% conversion rate). Subjective strength is about 1/5-1/6 of an equivalent Adderall dose. Peak plasma amphetamine appears 1-4 hours post-dose.
Dose Information
Dose basis. Oral is the lowest-risk ROA for accurate dosing and fewer local adverse effects. Commercial products are commonly 30 mg capsules and 60 mg tablets, so start with a single capsule or less to gauge response. Avoid late-day dosing to limit insomnia. Capsules/tablets may vary in authenticity if sourced outside regulated supply; do not redose rapidly—allow at least 3 hours before considering any additional dose. Insufflation increases irritation and unpredictability due to fillers/binders and faster onset, encouraging redosing and raising cardiovascular and anxiety risks. Prefer oral use for safer titration. If snorted, use the smallest practical test line and space doses widely (≥3 h); expect more nasal irritation and no reliable potency advantage versus oral with many pharmaceuticals. | ROA | Light | Common | Strong | Heavy |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Oral | 10-25mg | 25-60mg | 60-120mg | 120mg+ |
| Insufflated | 5-15mg | 15-30mg | 30-60mg | 60mg+ |

The PsychonautWiki Journal logging app doesn't include every substance. To track Clobenzorex there, start adding an ingestion, search for the name, and choose to add it as a custom substance. Paste these values:
Clobenzorex Source: SubstanceSearch (substancesearch.com) Oral dose (mg): threshold 10 · light 10-25 · common 25-60 · strong 60-120 · heavy 120+ Insufflated dose (mg): threshold 5 · light 5-15 · common 15-30 · strong 30-60 · heavy 60+ Oral duration: onset 20-45m · come-up 0.5-1.5h · peak 1-3h · offset 2-4h · total 3.83-9.25h · after-effects 24h Insufflated duration: onset 5-15m · come-up 10-30m · peak 1-3h · offset 2-4h · total 3.25-7.75h · after-effects 24h Note: ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription. Start low, go slow, and test your substances.
Tip: for quicker logging you can also add a Custom Unit in the app, e.g. common dose ~ 42.5 mg (Oral).
The app keeps custom substances simple, so the full dose ranges live in the description text above. Ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription.
Tolerance
Tolerance Decay
Tolerance and cross-tolerance patterns resemble other amphetamines: frequent dosing rapidly reduces subjective effects and encourages escalation; spacing use by several days helps mitigate this. Data quality primarily anecdotal.
