Summary
Flunitrazolam is a novel lesser-known depressant substance of the benzodiazepine class. It has been noted for its unusual potency for a benzodiazepine compound, being active in the low microgram range. This trait is also shared by compounds such as flubromazolam and clonazolam. Similar to flubromazolam, this is an ultra potent benzodiazepine. A dose of about 0.1 mg (100 ยตg) is equivalent to 10 mg diazepam or 0.25 mg alprazolam.
