Summary
Temazepam (trade name Restoril) is a short-acting psychoactive substance of the benzodiazepine class which produces anxiolytic, sedative, hypnotic, muscle relaxant, anticonvulsant, and amnesic effects. Temazepam, like other benzodiazepines, binds to specific sites on the GABAA gamma-amino-butyric acid receptor. Temazepam is used for the short term treatment of severe and debilitating insomnia and as a preoperative sedative.

My first encounter with Temazepam was back in 2009. A friendly doc wrote me a script for me to deal with jetlag. I never used it for that but found it very useful to get my sleep/wake cycle back on track once in a while.
Not too long ago I obtained a 10mg tab of Temazepam, it should be known before I continue this report that I am generally a light-weight when it comes to drugs (Excluding alcohol). My first experience with a single 10mg tablet was generally enjoyable.

I was recently prescribed a decent dose of steroids to take everyday to combat a chronic disease, and my doctor also gave me a prescription for temazepam in order to help me sleep, as the steroid could cause insomnia.
I got hold of some Temazepam 30mg (little white caps) from a friend who said they were giving him hangovers as a sleep aid. He was ready to flush them but I offered to take them off his hands since I get some pretty bad bouts of insomnia from time to time and just because I love to experiment a bit when possible.
My friend recently found out that I have unmedicated anxiety and I was looking for something that would allow me to relax when I am at home. I live with my parents and smoking weed to sleep is definitely a lot more difficult to do. So my friend tossed me a few yellow Mylan capsules.
First off I would just like to say pardon any spelling or grammatical mistakes I might have while writing this as I am currently under the influence and also as much as I love pharmacuitiacals and drugs I don't know the proper spellings of all of them.
