I had the opportunity to try the TMA-6 for the second time. Since there is not a lot of info available about it, I think this contribution could be useful. The first time was about a year ago with 35mg, oral. This experience left me unimpressed by this material.

2,4,6-Trimethoxyamphetamine (also known as TMA-6) is a lesser-known psychedelic substance of the amphetamine class. It has been reported to produce a complex mixture of stimulant, hallucinogenic and entactogenic effects that distinguish it from other psychedelic phenethylamine derivatives like the 2C-x or DOx series.

This report was written at the exact times noted, during the trip. I have edited it minimally. 13:12 - 26mg dissolved in 2ml vodka measured into bulb vape. It is poorly soluble. Upon heating it dissolves, and something precipitates as the alcohol is lost.
Well I've never insufflated or as one experience suggests rectal administration. I will give a couple different experiences so you will understand. First time I get the substance I receive 25 mg. After some research I see that this is a standard dose. (In hindsight this probably was meant orally or insufflated).
[This report originally appeared as handwritten notes in Book 1, pages 98-99 of the Shulgin Lab Books.] Subjective Response to TMA-6 Date: July 7, 1964 Dose: [0:00] 7.8mg + [2:00] 3.6mg Chronology - corrected back to 7:10 AM = 0 hr. 0 hrs. in H2O orally - virtually no taste.
Filled the cap of the vile with about 30-40mg of the white crystals and snorted it back. after only a few minutes I could already feel a warmth flowing over my body in waves with a bit of a tingly feel in my arms. Mild, but there. About 10-15 minutes the effects were becoming more apparent.
Me and a friend acquired this chemical from an undisclosed internet company, came in 100mg bag and he smoked a little of it one night with a friend, so we had about 80mg left apiece. At about 2pm we split the dose and ate it.
I felt confident that 40mg wouldn't be too much although I did have some reservations about the 12 hour duration and the expectation of high body load. The two of us took the TMA-6 at 9 in the morning whilst still in a fasting state.
