Summary
3-Hydroxyeticyclidine (commonly known as 3-HO-PCE) is a novel synthetic dissociative substance of the arylcyclohexylamine chemical class. It produces potent, dose-sensitive dissociative, hallucinogenic and euphoric effects when administered. Unlike its close structural analog 3-HO-PCP, this compound has no precedent in the scientific literature before being offered on the research chemicals market in the 2010s.

Preface: When 3-HO-PCE first became widely available in 2017 I picked up one of the first batches that hit the market. My experiences with this substance back then were lackluster, a barely discernible and odd empty mental dissociation that barely felt like a dissociative at all, but rather some other strange, neutral...
T0:00- Insufflated, it has the same acrid petroleum flavor as 3-MeO-PCE, but does not sting at all. T0;14- Begin to feel the onset of the experience. This manifests as a sort of lightheadedness. T0:30- I am simultaneously feeling heavy and light, with a slight tingling numbness in my extremities.

A well known vendor will be releasing this soon, I was lucky enough to get a small sample I've only tried a few mg, so far my impressions are: more potent than 3-meo-pce/3-meo-pcp and more on the sedating side unlike the 3-meos fast onset duration is not as long as the 3-meos but that might just be the low doses
