Summary
Potency varies by isomer: S-ketamine (esketamine) is approximately 2× more potent than racemic ketamine for dissociation. Chronic use (greater than 1 g/week for months or greater than 5 g/day) is strongly linked to ketamine-induced ulcerative cystitis, bladder damage, hydronephrosis and urinary incontinence. Nasal rinses after insufflation reduce mucosal damage. Rapid IV injection (under 2 minutes) can cause transient respiratory depression. Users should be sitting or lying down during onset to avoid falls and injury from motor control loss and ataxia.
Perspectives
“K is immensely bleak and the K Hole is just one great void. It just feels cold, grey, dull and boring.”
“Tread carefully.”

Ketamine dosing is weight-dependent — effects vary significantly based on body mass and route of administration. Select your ROA below to see adjusted doses based on its bioavailability.
Insufflated is the most common recreational route. BA from NCBI NBK470357.
⚠️ Doses are adjusted for the selected route based on its bioavailability (NCBI). There is no single "K-Hole dose" — individual sensitivity varies greatly. Always start low and wait.
