Summary
(R)-Modafinil (also known as Armodafinil and by the brand names Nuvigil, Artvigil, and Waklert) is a eugeroic substance of the benzhydryl class. Armodafinil is the enantiopure formulation of modafinil (brand name Provigil). As opposed to the racemic formulation, which contains a 50/50 mix of both the (S) and (R) enantiomers, armodafinil consists of just the (R)-enantiomer of modafinil.

This is my experience with armodafinil. A buddy of mine procured some and loved it, he insisted I try it out. After doing lots of research, I decided it wasn't harmful for my body and I could really use a boost because my motivation has been shot the last few months.
Now, to start off, I have a legitimate medical reason to be taking this drug. I have an incurable, degenerative disease that causes, among other things, severe, incessant fatigue. So, about the drug: Molecules have something called 'handedness'; they can be right- or left-handed.
I was diagnosed with depression many years ago and have been on and off various SSRIs. All of these have worked, fleetingly, and I wondered if I couldn't chock it up to a placebo effect.
First Week Taking Armodafinil This week, I tried Modafinil for the first time. I took it from Monday to Friday. I ingested it with water, between 9am and 10am. During the day, I also consumed coffee - since I usually drink coffee everyday, it was necessary to get a clear impression of the experiment.
A little over a year ago, I was diagnosed with narcolepsy. I must note that I was diagnosed with narcolepsy but do not actually have narcolepsy. The condition is pretty easy to fake, and the results of the sleep analysis are pretty easy to manipulate even with the most basic understanding of circadian rhythms.
