Summary
2F-NENDCK is a novel dissociative first identified in Canberra, Australia in August 2022. It is a positional isomer of FXE (3'-Fluoro-2-oxo-PCE), differing only by fluorine position. In April 2023, DrugsData.org revealed that all samples previously identified as FXE actually contained 2F-NENDCK.

Strong dissociative depth and motor impairment with mild mania
Tolerance
Tolerance Decay
Acute tolerance: develops within a single session β the reset numbers above apply after sustained heavy use, not after one binge. Within-session tachyphylaxis usually resets largely overnight.
ACHs show rapid withinβsession tachyphylaxis and shortβterm upregulation of tolerance; spacing use by 2β4+ weeks is commonly reported to restore responsiveness. Figures are heuristic aggregates of community data; high individual variability.
