Summary
2F-NENDCK is a novel dissociative first identified in Canberra, Australia in August 2022. It is a positional isomer of FXE (3'-Fluoro-2-oxo-PCE), differing only by fluorine position. In April 2023, DrugsData.org revealed that all samples previously identified as FXE actually contained 2F-NENDCK.

Add to PsychonautWiki Journal
The PsychonautWiki Journal logging app doesn't include every substance. To track Canket there, start adding an ingestion, search for the name, and choose to add it as a custom substance. Paste these values:
Canket Source: SubstanceSearch (substancesearch.com) Oral dose (mg): threshold 5 Β· light 10-25 Β· common 25-85 Β· strong 85-130 Β· heavy 130+ Insufflated dose (mg): threshold 10 Β· light 20-50 Β· common 50-90 Β· strong 90-145 Β· heavy 145+ Oral duration: onset 15-35m Β· come-up 20-40m Β· peak 0.83-1.33h Β· total 1.5-2.5h Insufflated duration: onset 1-3m Β· come-up 5-15m Β· peak 0.75-1.08h Β· total 1-1.5h Β· after-effects 8-18h Note: ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription. Start low, go slow, and test your substances.
Tip: for quicker logging you can also add a Custom Unit in the app, e.g. common dose ~ 55 mg (Oral).
The app keeps custom substances simple, so the full dose ranges live in the description text above. Ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription.
Tolerance
Tolerance Decay
Acute tolerance: develops within a single session β the reset numbers above apply after sustained heavy use, not after one binge. Within-session tachyphylaxis usually resets largely overnight.
ACHs show rapid withinβsession tachyphylaxis and shortβterm upregulation of tolerance; spacing use by 2β4+ weeks is commonly reported to restore responsiveness. Figures are heuristic aggregates of community data; high individual variability.
