DOET
Aliases: Doe, Dmea, Hecate
Summary
Extremely long duration and very slow onset can lead to inadvertent redosing. Vasoconstriction, tachycardia, and anxiety reported above 5 mg. Clinical trials in the 1960s studied sub-hallucinogenic doses (0.75-4 mg) as a potential 'psychic energizer' before development was terminated.
Perspectives
“This was a very gentle, relaxing level, but there were no psychedelic effects that were apparent. Easy, and relaxed, and I am in no way intoxicated or turned on. But I was in the throes of my menstrual period, and the cramps (and the accompanying irritability) were completely knocked out. Perhaps this is why I felt so relaxed and at peace.”

Effect Profile
2 reportsScores (1–10) curated from multiple sources:
- Effect keyword matching from PsychonautWiki catalog
- Weighted by importance: core (×3), major (×2), minor (×1)
Mild visuals with low body load and headspace
Strong anxiety/jitters with moderate euphoria, low stimulation
Tolerance
Tolerance Decay
Tolerance to 5βHT2A agonists develops quickly and decays over 1β2 weeks; crossβtolerance across serotonergic psychedelics is expected. Data are inferred from human/animal LSD literature and community experience; specific DOET kinetics are sparsely characterized.
