Ahhh opiates, how delightful they are. I've previously experienced Vicodin a good 10+ times (anywhere from 10mg-50mg) and I loved every second of it (minus the need to itch every second!) I've also done Oxycontin once.

ROA: Tapentadol (Palexia IR) rectal, dissolved in 5mL warmed tap water. I have not drunk alcohol in 5 days, it has been over a week since I have ingested tapentadol. I was prescribed it post-op after ORIF for a fracture. T = 0: I lie in bed waiting for tapentadol to take effect.
Slow day, nothing to do, found some Nycanta/Tapentadol, will test recreational value. (Have experience in opiates - percocets, Lortabs, oxycontin, vicodin. My brother confessed that he only took half the pill. No wonder it was not effective... I has taken 100 mg and can certainly see why its a schedule II.
i'm a legitimate chronic pain patient recovering from massive lower extremity injuries due to a high speed frontal impace. Was just prescribed Nucynta (tapentadol) @ 100mg 4x days. also on 2.5mg k-pins, 30mg lexaprol for mood regulaton, and keppra and lunesta for sleep.
Chemical- Tapentadol (Nucynta) Dose - 400mg Set - Had work to accomplish, so I thought an opioid would help. Setting - Home __________________________________ I acquired some of these pills from an acquaintance who said the high was similar to morphine (not even close, in reality).
Well if taken orally (for me atleast), I typically need 150MG (2 75mg)or more to feel any sort of buzz. After about 25 minutes i felt it kicking in, it gave the nice opioid receptor tingle (if you know what i mean) . There really wasn't any euphoria for me by any means, It just makes me feel kinda bland.
